General Registration Questions

Registration opens in three distinct phases:
  • Early-Bird Registration: Open Now – August 31, 2026
  • Standard Registration: September 1 – November 30, 2026
  • Late Registration: December 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027
No registrations can be accepted after January 31, 2027, to allow us to finalize numbers with our New Orleans venues.
All registrations must be completed online through our official anniversary website. A link will be emailed to all active and alumnae members and pinned on the chapter's official social media platforms. Please note that registration is not complete until your payment or deposit has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
Your registration fee covers access to all core anniversary events from February 25–28, 2027. This includes the Welcome Happy Hour, Fellowship Friday Game Night, the Celebration Gala, Community Service, Church Service, commemorative anniversary favor bags, and designated meals throughout the weekend. Additional details regarding meals and event-specific inclusions will be provided closer to the celebration.
To ensure a cohesive experience and manage strict venue capacities, we are only offering full weekend registration packages. Single-event tickets are not available; however, we do offer an optional prix fixe brunch add-on available for purchase during the registration process.
The final event schedule will be shared with all registered attendees once planning has been finalized. We encourage Sorors to monitor the chapter's official communication channels and their email for the latest updates and announcements.

Payments, Guest Policies, & Logistics

Payment structures depend on when you register:
  • Early Bird (Open Now – Aug. 31): Deposit required at registration. Remaining balance due by October 1, 2026.
  • Standard (Sept. 1 – Nov. 30): Payment in full is due at registration.
  • Late (Dec. 1 – Jan. 31): Payment in full is due at registration.
No. On-site registration will not be available. All attendees must complete registration and submit payment by the published registration deadline to ensure accurate planning, venue capacity, meals, and event materials.
If your remaining Early Bird balance is not received by the payment deadline, your registration will be converted to the Standard Registration rate. Any remaining balance due will reflect the Standard Registration pricing and is due by the end of the Standard Registration window. Registrations that remain unpaid after the payment deadline may be canceled. Please review the payment schedule carefully and contact the Registration Committee if you anticipate any issues.
All registration payments are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, please notify the Registration Committee by emailing the chapter's official anniversary email address as soon as possible.

Registrations purchased during the Standard and Late Registration periods are eligible for transfer to another Soror or donated to the chapter's registration assistance fund. Early Bird registrations are non-transferable. All transfer requests must be submitted before the published transfer deadline.
Yes, guests are absolutely welcome to celebrate with us! You can purchase guest tickets through the registration portal. Guest access is limited to the social highlights of the weekend: the Celebration Gala and the optional prix fixe add-on brunch. Guest tickets must be purchased by a registered Soror. Guest tickets will become available during the Standard Registration period and will be offered on a limited basis while availability lasts.

Accommodations, Attire, & Special Requests

Yes, we have secured a dedicated room block at our host hotel in downtown New Orleans. Once you complete your event registration, your confirmation email will include a private link and group code to book your room at our discounted sorority rate. We encourage you to reserve your room early, as New Orleans is a popular destination and hotel availability can fill quickly due to conventions, festivals, and other citywide events.
Transportation between venues will not be provided unless otherwise announced. Parking is the responsibility of each attendee unless otherwise noted. Parking fees are not included in the registration cost.
  • Thursday Happy Hour: Casual (sorority colors welcomed!)
  • Friday Community Service: Comfortable Attire (sorority paraphernalia welcomed!)
  • Friday Fellowship Game Night: Delta Casual (sorority paraphernalia or line jackets welcomed!)
  • Saturday Gala: Formal or semi-formal evening wear (a specific color palette will be detailed in your registration packet)
  • Sunday Church/Brunch: Sunday Best
Late February in New Orleans is typically mild, with daytime highs in the mid-to-upper 60s and evenings in the 50s. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for evenings and comfortable shoes for walking between activities.
Your comfort and safety are top priorities. The online registration form includes dedicated sections where you can specify food allergies, dietary restrictions (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free), and any mobility or accessibility accommodations you require. Please ensure these are filled out accurately when you register so we can coordinate with our New Orleans venue partners.
